Greg McKenzie | Chairman & CEO

A senior investment banker with more than 20 years of experience in financing, M&A, financial advisory, valuation, and strategic advice to mid-cap companies. Mr. McKenzie has been involved in transactions valued in excess of $18 billion.
Mr. McKenzie has held positions with Morgan Stanley, CIBC World Markets and Haywood Securities. Mr. McKenzie worked on Wall Street and also practiced law with a leading Canadian securities and M&A law firm.

Rinaldo Stefan | Chief Operating Officer & Project Director

Mr. Stefan is an engineer and Project Manager with over 25 years of management experience specializing in the development of processing plants of varying complexity and sizes up to mega-projects through all phases. His previous projects include the Vale’s +$4 billion Long Harbour Processing Plant for Voisey’s Bay, the +$25 billion development program for BHP Billiton’s Jansen and Young potash deposits, and the expansion of Baffinland’s Mary River Mine.

Lance Clarke | VP, Commercial & Strategy

Mr. Clarke is an experienced mega project development manager with a demonstrated history of delivering in the resource development sector, including process-oriented projects in oil and gas as well as civil and electrical projects in the energy industry. He is a seasoned program and project management professional with commercial and strategic leadership expertise who has spent over 20 years in senior roles on the owners’ team for projects such as the Lower Churchill, Hebron, White Rose, Terra Nova and Fort Hills.

E. Martin Fisher-Haydis | General Counsel

A corporate lawyer with over 20 years of experience advising clients in corporate and securities law, public company regulation, strategic transactions, corporate governance and management of litigation files. Mr. Fisher-Haydis is a former Senior Legal Counsel at Resolute Forest Products Inc. and has held positions at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP in Toronto and Jones Day in New York.

David Jagodzinski | Director, Business Development

A finance professional with over 12 year of investment banking and business development experience in a variety of sectors. Mr. Jagodzinski’s focus has been the financing and advising of development stage companies in strategic, M&A and valuation matters. He has held positions with Desjardins Capital and Haywood Securities. David holds an MBA and HBA from the University of Western Ontario.

Dan Donnelly | Construction Manager

Mr. Donnelly has over 30 years of construction management experience for industrial and mining projects across Eastern and Central Canada and the U.S. He was the of Construction Manager for Vale’s multi-billion Hydromet Nickel Processing Facility in Long Harbour, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Grant Gaudet | Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Mr. Gaudet is an EH&S professional with over 30 years of industrial experience, leading the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of world class EH&S management systems. He has been involved in seven different projects through design, construction, commissioning and start-ups, including for Baffinland Mining, Vale’s Long Harbour Project, Shell’s Albian Sands Energy, and Shell’s Muskeg River Operating Plant.

Richard Gaspari | Engineering Manager

Mr. Gaspari has over 20 years of experience with large engineering design firms, leading the process engineering design, execution and coordination for capital projects of various sizes and complexity, from conceptual through detailed design stages.  He has led the development and preparation of process engineering design packages that incorporate proprietary process technology from third parties, including entire operating processes. Most recently he was involved with NOVA Chemicals’ +$2 billion AST2 facility.

David Colangelo | Estimating Manager

An expert in the field of major project estimating, Mr. Colangelo has over 15 years of experience, primarily in the resource development and energy sectors. He has prepared estimates from scoping through detailed on projects up to US$12 billion. Mr. Colangelo has experience working with both international engineering firms and for major mining companies, including Kinross Gold and Vale Inco leading their estimating departments.
